What is Passion?

Hey Lovelies, let's talk...


I want to talk about PASSION.

But what is it? Do you actually know?

If you do, do you know how to unlock it so you can be living your best life?

Well, that's what I am trying to figure out!

As we all know, I am on a journey.

A journey for health, (physical and mental), to become stronger spiritually, and to find my passion.

I'd like to know your ideas on passion. What does it mean to you?

Did you know that your passion is your joy!? It is what makes you feel joyous in your life.

But how far are you willing to go for it? That is the burning question, isn't it?

I say that because to find your passion you have to be willing to suffer, per the definition.

To reach True Passion you have to have "the willingness to suffer"

Passion comes from the word passio (Latin) it means to suffer or endure. So are you willing to suffer for what you really want out of life?

To stick to that routine, to put in that extra amount of hard work? To willingly make those tough decisions and sacrifices? I'm also trying to find out how willing I am to go, to do a full overhaul, to totally revamp my life to find my passions and happiness. I oftentimes feel lost or like I'm drowning and because of my depression I don't really know what my passions are or if they are truly obtainable, but that doesn't mean I'm giving up. I just need to find where my passions lie. Now, you may be thinking to yourself, "where does passion come from?" "Where is it born?" And that is a delicious question for your brain to munch on...

I will tell you, passion is forged in the flames of curiosity.

Curiosity! That's right! What piques your interest? It all starts with an idea that turns into something you want to learn more about, something you want to put your time and effort into, something that you in turn become passionate about!

There are a few things that you can do to help you on your way.

  • Focus on finding your joy: Really sit down and think about what makes you happy and how you can achieve that happiness. Set your goals to paper, and set them out in plain sight to remind you of what you are working toward.


  • Meditate & Manifest: Focus on learning to meditate, and focus in your mind on joy and reaching your goal. Combine meditation with the manifesting of positive energy to bring forth your desires into reality. (Making a vision board can help with manifesting your desires.)


  • Take positive actions: Make the correct changes to set reaching your goals.

  • Claim your Power: Claim your Power, stop giving your power away to negative energies in your life. Protect your spirit, your energy, and manifest with positivity.

Also, try applying the 3 for 1 rule, to shift your way of thinking. The 3 for 1 rule is every time you feel, say or do anything negative, you replace that with three positive things, to help you reach positive energy.

Give these things a try and you might be closer than you think.
